Project Controls

CM&F Inc., works with our clients to review their program and proposed project in its entirety. We will clearly identify objectives and obstacles, troubleshoot and problem solve, all with an eye towards managing the entire process through to completion. We will develop a management team suited specifically to meet the needs of a particular project and insure that project controls are implimented as added value. We use our talented team to provide complete project services to our clients including, contract administration, program review, project development, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, estimating, construction administration and project closeout.

Beginning with assembly of the design and engineering team, we work on our client’s behalf to ensure smooth and efficient phases of design, pre-construction, construction and close-out. As your CM, we make sure the products and services that are part of your project are in compliance and according to specification. We also facilitate the relationship between owner, design and construction teams with an eye toward efficiency, schedule and budget.
